I’m Deena Cherenza and I am the owner of Caring Transitions of Westford & Marlborough, I look forward to learning about your individual needs and putting together a plan to help. Caring Transitions of Westford & Marlborough helps people through any transition, whether you or a loved one are downsizing, moving into a senior community, moving in with family, or managing an estate. Our plans are customizable, so you can choose the individual solutions that best fit your needs. The eastern coast of the United States is no stranger to me as a native of the state of Rhode Island and I have spent much of my adult life in Massachusetts, which I consider home now. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and I am a licensed paramedic. I’ve worked in financial services, consulting, emergency medical services, and cardiology in a variety of roles from being a business consultant, project manager, EMT/paramedic, and teacher/trainer. I deeply appreciate the importance of strong connections and relationships. As a healthcare provider, I’ve served people at their most vulnerable moments - when they are in desperate need of help they have to reach out to unknown others. In my profession and volunteering, clinical skill is vital but actively listening and being understood is the key to unlocking the pain and fear that prevents them from moving forward. I have firsthand knowledge of the challenges involved in assisting an aging parent through a life transition, compounded by the loss of the other parent who declined such assistance. I fully understand the deep necessity of helping people make the best decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
